Stephen Oliver

Stephen Oliver is a native Texan living in San Antonio, Texas, certified as a CPA for 30 years, CFE (forensic examiner) for over 25 years and CVA (valuation expert) for over 17 years. Stephen enjoys working with entrepreneurs and business owners to achieve their life’s purpose and dreams. In 2020, Stephen relaunched his consulting practice primarily serving the San Antonio and surrounding communities in South Texas. At Gethsemane Partners, his practice is focused on providing strategic business advisory services based upon many principles known as his “Legacy 316” process to achieve “Next Step” decisions for his clients’ business and personal lives. The primary focus at Gethsemane Partners is to meet its clients’ needs to grow the business value, plan clients’ business and personal transition and guide the business exit. The firm’s services include business valuation, fractional accounting (controller and CFO levels), tax (individual, business, estate) and forensic accounting.
