Hyacinth Escares-Delina

Hyacinth brings over 10 years of experience in customer and client-facing roles and excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments. As a Business Valuation Analyst, she is responsible for analyzing financial data, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow, to estimate the most probable sale price of a business. Currently, she is conducting a business valuation focused on determining the most probable sale price by reviewing the income statement and mapping out the balance sheet to ensure accuracy.

In addition, she serves as an Administrative Support Specialist, offering essential support in data entry, appointment scheduling, and CRM management. With a background in real estate, Hyacinth has also assisted with closing documentation, email, and call management, and she additionally manages social media, overseeing client communications and engagement.

Hyacinth earned her Texas Association of Business Brokers certificate in Pricing Small Businesses and the Valuation Process in May 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Operations Management, from North Negros College in the Philippines. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies with her family, relaxing, and seeking new professional challenges to expand her skills.
